Project Feature: 400 Atlantic

Sentech’s latest project feature is located in the heart of Stamford’s Central Business District. 400 Atlantic is a landmark 16-story, 533,000-square-foot office tower that underwent a comprehensive modernization in 2023 that was led by Perkins Eastman. The transformation reimagined the building’s public-facing spaces, introducing a dynamic collection of tenant-focused amenities including an outdoor terrace, fitness center, lobby bar, café, and marketplace.

Sentech’s project scope encompassed six individual structural glass walls, including two massive facade walls that create expansive visual continuity and natural daylight that floods the interior lobby and amenity spaces. Read more about this project here!
